An excellent post Field Day Report from the Surrey, Canada, publication "The Now."  Many Canadian amateur radio clubs participated in the 2014 edition of Field day, 28-29 June 2014.  Among them was the Surrey Amateur Radio Club which amassed 1,510 unique contacts, nearly double the total it made last year.  The highlight of the event was John Schouten’s (VE7TI) contact with Reid Wiseman (KP5LKT) aboard the International Space Station.  Aloha de Russ (KH6JRM).
