Here we go again.  Remember the “Russian Woodpecker Over the Horizon Radar” problem of the 1980s? Well, that annoying sound is back, and unlike the old Russian Woodpecket which tended to hug the upper portion of 40 meters, this version is messing up 20 meters.  Propagation must be good.  Be patient and try to work around this display of childish behavior.
