The ARRL website is scheduled to be offline on Friday, October 3, starting at 2000 UTC. The length of the outage could run for several hours and possibly into Saturday, October 4. The ARRL IT Department will be performing maintenance in the process of testing and, if feasible, switching the site to a new server.

A “Down for Maintenance” message will appear for the duration of the outage whenever someone attempts to access http://www.arrl.org. All e-mail functionality will remain online — only the website will be down for testing.

The ARRL IT Department will shut down the ARRL website on Friday, 03 October 2014, begining at 2000 UTC.  The temporary closing of the website is necessary to perform routine web site maintenance and the possible change in site servers.  “A Down for Maintenance” reminder will be posted for the duration of the repair period.  E-mail service should be unaffected.  The ARRL Website should be operational by Saturday, 04 October 2014.
