The amateur radio spacecraft Shin’en2 and ARTSAT2:DESPATCH will not now launch until December 1 at the earliest The launch of the H-IIA Launch Vehicle No. 26 H-IIA F26 which also carries the asteroid explorer “Hayabusa2” has been rescheduled due to a freezing layer in the clouds that exceeds weather restrictions for launch. Japan will delay the launch of these two amateur radio-equipped satellites until 01 December at the earliest, because of “a freezing layer in the clouds that exceeds weather restrictions for launch.”
